Customer Service Representative – Hybrid (BGC)

What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Deliver solutions with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately record customer information and follow up on issues
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure service excellence
What You'll Need:
- Open to fresh graduates – training provided
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in BGC (2–3x per week)
- Amenable to shifting schedules and night shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
