Customer Service Representative – Hybrid (BGC)

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Deliver solutions with empathy and professionalism
  • Accurately record customer information and follow up on issues
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure service excellence

What You'll Need:

  • Open to fresh graduates – training provided
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC (2–3x per week)
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and night shifts
