Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Voice Account) who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently to resolve concerns or provide product/service information.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer experience and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd Year College Level (any field).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, preferably in a voice support environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Amenable to project-based employment.

Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary Range: Open to discuss depending on skill level

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
