Role Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence for our luxury clientele. This role oversees daily operations, manages cleaning teams, and guarantees that every client experience reflects our brand's commitment to sophistication and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight
- Supervise Cleaning Specialists and Team Leaders to ensure adherence to luxury cleaning protocols.
- Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for efficiency and timeliness.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct inspections to maintain premium standards in all client spaces.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
- Client Experience
- Liaise with Client Concierge to ensure personalized service delivery.
- Address client feedback promptly and professionally.
- Training & Development
- Mentor team members on advanced cleaning techniques and luxury service etiquette.
- Support onboarding of new staff.
- Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring eco-friendly and high-quality products are used.
- Compliance
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality (luxury segment preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to premium service.
- Ability to manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and high-end cleaning products is a plus.
