As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional support.

This is where you'll shine:

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to customers across different channels
  • Handle inquiries, process orders/requests, and resolve complaints effectively
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Work closely with colleagues and share feedback to improve service processes
  • Lead and support a team of junior customer service representatives
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and service quality

What you'll bring in:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO (Australian account is a plus)
  • General knowledge of PC builds and components; sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills
  • Professional and customer-focused, with effective people skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other standard software tools
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
