Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and workflows across the marketing team, supporting campaigns for employee recruitment, foster care, client referrals, and partner outreach
  • Manage and maintain our project management system ), keeping all initiatives organized, visible, and up to date
  • Lead project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and cross-functional coordination among designers, copywriters, digital marketers, recruiters, and leadership
  • Track dependencies and proactively identify potential roadblocks or timeline risks
  • Partner with the Marketing Director and senior team members to prioritize workload, allocate resources, and support capacity planning
  • Maintain and update campaign calendars, launch schedules, and deliverables documentation
  • Support communication with U.S.-based stakeholders and market leaders to ensure alignment and progress across initiatives
  • Manage timely review and feedback loops for marketing materials, including digital campaigns, internal communications, and printed collateral
  • Continuously improve internal workflows, templates, and systems to streamline collaboration and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or agency traffic management
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as , Asana, Trello, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with professionalism and adaptability
  • Bonus: Experience working within a marketing department supporting multiple business functions (e.g., talent acquisition, internal communications, branding)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing campaign lifecycles or creative production processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php170,000.00 per month
