Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to lead planning, workflow coordination, and deadline tracking for a wide range of marketing and recruitment marketing initiatives. This person will serve as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and communication across design, copywriting, digital, analytics, and recruitment teams — ensuring that projects stay on track and stakeholders are aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-channel environments and enjoys bringing order, visibility, and efficiency to creative and strategic work. You won't be expected to develop creative assets yourself, but you will be a critical leader in ensuring that the right work is delivered on time and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and workflows across the marketing team, supporting campaigns for employee recruitment, foster care, client referrals, and partner outreach
● Manage our project management system ), keeping all initiatives organized, visible, and up to date
● Lead project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and cross-functional coordination between roles such as designers, copywriters, digital marketers, recruiters, and leadership
● Track dependencies and proactively identify roadblocks or timeline risks
● Partner with the Marketing Director and senior team members to prioritize workload, allocate resources, and support capacity planning
● Maintain and update campaign calendars, launch schedules, and deliverables documentation
● Support communication with U.S.-based stakeholders and market leaders to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward
● Ensure timely review and feedback loops on marketing materials, from digital campaigns to internal communications to printed collateral
● Improve internal workflows, templates, and systems to streamline collaboration
Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing project management, creative operations, or agency traffic role
● Proficiency in project management platforms such as , Asana, Trello, or similar tools
● Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with grace and clarity
● Bonus: Experience working within a marketing department supporting multiple business functions (e.g., talent acquisition, internal comms, branding)
● Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing campaign timelines or creative production processes
Work Schedule & Location
● In-person to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule
● Work hours aligned to Manila time zone
