About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven PR & Accounts Manager who will play a vital role in client handling, servicing, and campaign execution. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, working across influencer marketing, affiliate programs, live selling, e-commerce, and PR campaigns.

The PR & Accounts Manager will report directly to the PR Accounts Director / General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Book new clients and projects for influencer and PR campaigns.
  • Service assigned clients for influencer and e-commerce marketing needs.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Track performance through reports, analytics, and social listening tools (Meltwater).
  • Research and provide insights into the Philippine media and influencer landscape.
  • Create and implement comprehensive PR plans involving influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead influencer marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide clients with key learnings and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing compelling content for social media, blogs, and press releases.
  • Coordinate content creation efforts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support pitches and contribute to new business development.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or client/account management (agency background preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity and strong interest in Influencer Marketing, PR, and E-commerce marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online PR tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience within digital, creative, or PR agency settings is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Pay: Php30, Php70,000.00 per month
