- Develop and execute the overall KOL marketing strategy to support brand goals.Identify and recruit suitable KOLs/influencers across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines for collaborations.
- Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign participation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Work closely with the content, social media, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
- Stay up to date on influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activity.
- Manage the KOL database, including contacts, rates, performance metrics, and campaign history.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Grin, Aspire, Up fluence.).
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign results and using insights to improve performance.
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
