  • Develop and execute the overall KOL marketing strategy to support brand goals.Identify and recruit suitable KOLs/influencers across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines for collaborations.
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign participation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Work closely with the content, social media, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Stay up to date on influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activity.
  • Manage the KOL database, including contacts, rates, performance metrics, and campaign history.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Grin, Aspire, Up fluence.).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign results and using insights to improve performance.
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
