  • Manage the end-to-end operations of live streaming activities, including scheduling, planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with hosts, production teams, marketing, content creators, and customer service to ensure seamless live broadcast experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational workflows and SOPs to optimize live show quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor live sessions in real-time to address technical issues, audience engagement, and content quality.
  • Track KPIs such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and streaming performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment, tools, and live streaming platforms.
  • Manage the roster of live hosts, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure live content supports promotional strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with platform guidelines and company policies.
  • Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in live operations, live streaming, broadcasting, or digital content management.
  • Strong knowledge of live platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.).
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and basic technical knowledge of live streaming equipment/software.
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
