Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies, while ensuring alignment with the company's brand and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and recruit influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) relevant to the brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, social media, and sales) to align influencer activities with marketing campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency and compliance with advertising guidelines.
