About the role

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at Mary Roche' Marketing in Angeles City, Pampanga. This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our pharmaceutical and medical device marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our experienced marketing professionals to support the implementation of impactful, targeted marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for our diverse range of pharmaceutical and medical device clients
  2. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies
  3. Support the creation of engaging digital and print marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives
  5. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular progress reports
  6. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  1. Strong interest and some experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  3. Proven skills in market research, data analysis, and content creation
  4. Proficiency in using various marketing and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other social media platforms
  5. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
