The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in managing the day-to-day marketing activities and internal team operations of Outsourced HR Solution. This role ensures that client projects, campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing processes, and proven project management experience. A background in graphic design or creative coordination is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns across social media, website, email and paid channels.
  • Work with copywriters, designers, and developers to brief, review, and approve marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns meet deadlines.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts, captions, and marketing copy for campaigns.
  • Create marketing proposals, quotes, and client materials.
  • Attend Zoom meeting and conference calls.

2. Project Management

  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth coordination between departments (design, development, and marketing).
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and follow up with the team to ensure completion.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks before outputs are sent to clients or published.
  • Track billable hours, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Report progress updates and challenges to the CEO and management team.

3. Client & Team Communications

  • Act as a point of contact for client communications, updates, and feedback.
  • Join client calls, take briefs, and relay clear task instructions to the internal team.
  • Onboard new clients and team members, ensuring they understand company processes and expectations.
  • Approve and manage team leaves and schedule adjustments where necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment across the marketing team.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support internal process improvement and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate project records, SOPs, and company documents.
  • Liaise with finance for billing and invoice coordination, and management for internal company deliverables and team compliance
  • Handle requests, follow-ups, and approvals as required by management.
  • Assist in the creation of task deliverables as needed, such as copywriting, light graphic design, email marketing, analytics tracking, etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience coordinating marketing projects or campaigns.
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Graphic design experience or familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Suites is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is desirable.
