We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing and Training Assistant to join our Team at Mary Roche' Marketing. This full time role is based in Angeles City, Pampanga and play a critical part in supporting our growing business. As a Marketing and Training Assistant, you will support the marketing team in promoting products/services and provides administrative support for training programs.

Qualifications

·      At least college degree

·      Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) also in using Canva and Editing tools

·      Know how to visualize and market the product through videos, pictures, and presentation

·      Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and a degree of creativity for content creation are beneficial

·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are needed to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

·      Open for fresh graduate but experience is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING

  • Edit videos and pictures using Canva and other editing tools to market products
  • Create a Videos about the company products and product demo
  • Help create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Creating plans to promote products or services, identifying target audiences and allocating resources
  • Building and maintaining a strong brand identity
  • Working with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business goals.

TRAINING

  • Will train new hires about the company product, product demo and how to be an effective sales representative.
