Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support:

  • Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, blogs, and website.

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Edit and proofread marketing copy, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

  • Gather data on market conditions, customer preferences, and demographic information.

  • Email Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns (writing, designing, scheduling, and reporting).

  • Manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure optimal email performance.

  • Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and organize marketing databases and customer records.

  • Assist in creating marketing reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including calendar management, file organization, and other tasks as needed.
