About the role

We are searching for an Inventory Assistant to join our growing dynamic team at Mary Roche' Marketing in Angeles City, Pampanga. As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management systems and processes within our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately record and track inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing stock items
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems and processes
  • Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory levels and minimise wastage
  • Support the procurement and purchasing teams in managing purchase orders and supplier relationships
  • Maintain a clean and organised inventory storage area
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in an inventory or stock control role, preferably within the manufacturing, or any industry handling inventory and logistics.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management best practices and industry regulations
