We're looking for a capable and committed Marketing Assistant to join our UK-based team and support lead generation, marketing operations, and sustainability communications. In this hybrid support role, your strong organizational skills and digital fluency will play a key part in helping UK manufacturers improve their supply chain performance. You will work closely with our team across the UK through daily Zoom/Teams calls, shared drives, CRM platforms, and cloud-based project tools, providing essential support in generating leads, managing communications, and advancing our customers' sustainability goals.

You will be researching and compiling target lists, managing CRM records, supporting outbound campaigns, and coordinating messaging workflows. You will help manage our content calendar and assist with scheduling and publishing marketing materials across LinkedIn, email, and our website. Additional responsibilities include maintaining marketing files, updating product pricing and descriptions, supporting email campaigns, and contributing to customer sustainability reports and compliance communications. What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in admin, marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven experience supporting clients based in Australia, New Zealand, or UK.
  • Familiarity with Business Central, WordPress, Brevo, Cognism, Photoshop, or other marketing automation tools is highly desirable. Previous experience supporting a UK-based team remotely is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills. Reliable and responsive during UK business hours.
  • Willingness to work UK shift hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
