We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research and Admin Assistant to support our team with both research and operational tasks. If you are someone who loves turning data into insights, organizing information, and helping teams work more efficiently behind the scenes, this hybrid role could be a perfect fit. You will play a key role in gathering and analyzing information from various sources, preparing reports and presentations, and tracking competitor activity across markets. Your research will directly contribute to strategic decisions, while your attention to detail will help keep our internal knowledge organized and accessible.
In addition to research, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes managing vendor quotes, generating purchase orders, maintaining internal databases, and assisting with documentation and cost sheets. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external contacts, supporting our processes with strong communication and organizational skills. If you are highly organized, resourceful, and ready to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business, we would love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Administrative Support, Market Research or similar role
- Proven experience supporting clients based inAustralia, New Zealand, or UK
- Experience in conducting desktop research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Familiarity with free research tools (e.g., Statista, Google Scholar)
- Willingness to work UK shift hours.
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
