In this full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and inventory management. What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming shipments of goods and materials
  2. Organising and maintaining the warehouse layout to optimise storage and retrieval of items
  3. Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling inventory records
  4. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
  5. Assisting with the coordination of deliveries and liaising with transportation and logistics
  6. Maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and quality control procedures
  7. Supporting the broader warehouse and logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical is an advantage
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  3. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  4. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the wider team
  6. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
