  • Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting for local area networks (LAN), printers, scanners, laptops, desktops, CCTV systems and other IT equipment
  • Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting for software applications loaded on desktop and laptop computers
  • Respond and acknowledge IT issues and concerns either in person, over the phone or email
  • Escalate IT issues and concerns to Level 2 support, when necessary
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue has been solved
  • Install, provision, maintain and repair office laptops, computers, printers and other IT equipment
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and investigate causes
  • Check and log daily systems checklist of IT infrastructure assets
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Willing to do Structured Cable Training: Cable pulling, Pipe Bending, Chipping & Drilling
  • Report to IT Operations Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned
