As a Technical Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to help resolve their queries. This is a full-time role based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. Whether customers reach out by phone, email or chat, you'll use your problem-solving skills to provide prompt and effective support.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and tracking the progress of issues
  • Identifying patterns in customer concerns and recommending process improvements
  • Actively listening to customers, demonstrating empathy and providing a positive experience
