QUALIFICATION
- Culinary graduate or any related course.
- With at least 1 years of professional culinary in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- With mastery of different cooking techniques.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
JOB SUMMARY :
The Commis Chef supports the back-of-the-house (BOH) team in preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining the excellence expected in a Spanish fine dining kitchen. The Commis Chef ensures that food preparation, storage, and presentation meet the restaurant's exacting standards for quality, consistency, and elegance.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards as defined by the Head Chef.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all kitchen workstations.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness.
Support in receiving and checking deliveries of food supplies.
Learn and apply fine dining techniques in food preparation and presentation.
Assist in mise en place and ensure readiness before each service period.
Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Demonstrate teamwork, respect, and professionalism in all kitchen interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
