About the role

Join the vibrant culinary team at Zirconia Inc' as a Commis Hot. In this full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delectable dishes as part of our dynamic kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of high-quality menu items
  • Follow established recipes and cooking methods to ensure consistent flavours and presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment in the kitchen
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support the efficient operation of the kitchen by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative menu items

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a commis chef or in a similar entry-level culinary role
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and continually develop your culinary skills
