Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)

Reports to: Sous Chef / Head Chef Department: Kitchen / Culinary Location: The Grand Midori Makati Bolanos St. San Lorenzo Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, ax bynd present dishes within your section to the required standards.
  • Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants working in your area.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to spec, minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen sections and senior chefs to ensure smooth service.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques.
  • Follow all health and safety standards, including HACCP and allergen management.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Take initiative in solving problems that arise during service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
