Zoho CRM Associate

San Juan City | Hybrid - Twice a month onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Zoho Associate
to support the daily operations and maintenance of our Zoho applications. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with the Zoho ecosystem (especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects tools, etc), enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn and grow in a technical operations role. The position is primarily remote, with a requirement to be onsite
twice per month
for team meetings, training, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating records within Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps.
  • Support users across departments with basic troubleshooting and how-to guidance.
  • Help maintain workflows, automation rules, and standard operating procedures.
  • Run reports, dashboards, and data exports as needed for various teams.
  • Perform routine data entry, cleansing, and audits to maintain system accuracy.
  • Document processes, create user guides, and support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders on special projects.
  • Attend
    twice-monthly onsite meetings
    for alignment and training.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Some experience with Zoho applications (especially Zoho CRM or Zoho One).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data handling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a CRM, sales operations, or technical support role.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation.
  • Interest in growing into a Zoho Administrator or CRM Analyst role.
