Job Highlights Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break | Australian Eastern Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities: Manage complete bookkeeping cycle including transaction reconciliation and invoicing Process accounts payable and handle payroll compliance requirements Prepare business activity statements, quarterly reports, and financial documentation Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and integrated business systems Manage email correspondence and provide professional customer communication Coordinate calendar management and administrative task prioritization Support data entry projects and maintain organized digital filing systems Assist with business process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Requirements: Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software platforms Strong understanding of Australian financial reporting requirements (BAS, quarterly compliance) Experience with payroll processing and related compliance obligations Excellent written communication skills for professional email management Detail‑oriented approach with high accuracy standards for financial data Bonus if you have experience with Zoho CRM or Microsoft business applications It helps if you’re comfortable with administrative coordination and multitasking Nice to have experience supporting growing businesses or service‑based companies Why Join This Team?
