Job Title: Account ManagerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: up to $8/hr. based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Zoho Account Manager to lead client implementations, optimize workflows, and manage post-launch support within the Zoho ecosystem. This role balances client-facing project execution (60%) with relationship management and outreach (40%) , ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI from their Zoho solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client-Facing Implementation & Project Management (60%) Lead client kickoff calls to gather requirements and diagnose CRM challenges. Translate business needs into structured project plans, workflows, and automations in Zoho CRM, Projects, Creator, Flow, and related apps. Manage tasks and timelines using project management tools like Zoho Projects or Zoho Sprints. Build and implement automation rules, blueprints, and custom functions with Deluge scripting. Ensure data integrity, custom reporting dashboards, and optimized pipelines. Collaborate with internal teams and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Create SOPs, documentation, and screen-recorded walkthroughs to support client onboarding. Client Outreach & Relationship Management (40%) Maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction, adoption, and upsell opportunities. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Identify opportunities to expand or optimize client accounts with additional Zoho apps or automations. Deliver training via live demos, video tutorials, and tailored documentation. Track support tickets, ensure timely updates, and follow through on client feedback.
