Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. This role is crucial in maintaining our companys reputation for exceptional service and support. As part of our 24/7 operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and support for customers around the globe. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership until resolution. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the companys CRM system. Ensure adherence to quality and response time standards. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and workflow efficiency. Maintain a professional tone and positive attitude in all customer communications. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on processes and policies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent written communication skills in English (fluency required). Proficient typing speed (at least 40 WPM) with high accuracy. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support, live chat, or similar role. Experience in working for international clients or BPO settings is a plus. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Working Hours 24/7 rotational shifts (morning, mid, and night shifts). Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of rotational scheduling. Remote / Work From Home – reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of customer service best practices and communication etiquette. Familiarity with CRM systems and chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk). Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills. High degree of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
