• AI-Enabled Client Service Associate (Financial Planning Support)

Location: Philippines (based in our client service hub)

Type: Full-time

Join a modern wealth management team that uses artificial intelligence to deliver outstanding client service. You'll help advisers prepare for client meetings by gathering key information, prompting AI to surface insights and gaps, and turning outputs into clear, actionable materials and follow-ups.

What you'll do


• Assemble meeting packs: Pull fact-finds, notes, statements, and documents from our systems.


• Use AI effectively: Prompt our AI tools to identify missing information, generate observations, and draft questions for clients—then validate and refine the outputs.


• Draft and polish materials: Prepare summaries, checklists, recommendations outlines, and presentation pages for upcoming reviews.


• Analyze data: Check portfolio/plan details, track action items, and highlight changes that matter to the client conversation.


• Follow through: Log tasks, send/coordinate information requests with providers, and make sure items are closed on time.


• Maintain pristine records: Update CRM and files to the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.


• Share and grow: Contribute to internal playbooks and help onboard future team members as we scale.

What you'll bring


• Strong written English and the ability to turn complex info into clear, concise notes.


• Confidence with spreadsheets (lookups, pivots/basic analysis) and structured thinking.


• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and good judgement to verify outputs.


• High attention to detail, organised work style, and commitment to data privacy.


• Helpful background: investments/insurance/retirement basics, client service, report writing.


• Nice to have: familiarity with Microsoft 365, Zoho, and document workflows.


• Growth mindset—keen to learn financial planning concepts and progress your career.
