Remote Employee BPO has an outstanding opportunity for you Role: Finance Support Associate Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time Work Setup: WFO (Office-based) Summary The Finance Support Associate is responsible for receiving, logging, and assigning all customer billing inquiries while delivering excellent and prompt customer service. Responsibilities Process billing inquiry requests from internal and external customers. Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving issues or managing tasks within the quote-to-cash business process. Log all requests in the CRM system and escape or resolve critical issues as needed. Maintain accurate customer contact records and data in all systems. Manage an individual work queue in the CRM system. Process returned mail and emails, contacting customers for updated information. Common Inquiry Types Reactivation / Deactivation / Data Correction Explanation of Bill Billing Treatment Incorrect Ship-To or Bill-To Updates Copy of Invoice Account Statement Account Updates (contacts, addresses, platforms, account names) Missing Invoices Copy of Contract Cancellations and LSDA Follow-ups Invoice Mismatches Systems Used SFDC (Salesforce) MIDAS E10 E4SE EpicCare Ticket Volume Busy days: 20 - 30 tickets Regular days: 10 -15 tickets Required Experience Previous experience in a customer support role. Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. High school or College Undergraduate.
