Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding services.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company targets and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of logistics solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on client requirements and potential service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, and customs clearance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
