Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Parañaque. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to drive business growth. Additionally, the role will involve negotiating contracts, presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have an experience starting up and owning a small business
  • Business Development, Market Research, Strategic Planning
  • Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Proposal Presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing business development targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in consulting or relevant industry is a plus
  • Can drive a deal forward by addressing and resolving roadblocks and negotiation challenges with minimal supervision
  • Must be schedule - flexible depending on task urgencies and availabilities of transaction stakeholders
