Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or any related course
  • With at least 2-year experience in learning and development
  • Proficient in ADDIE Model
  • Knowledgeable in HR-related tools and systems
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (oral and written)
  • Preferably with experience in the IT industry
