Summary of This Role

Provides research, analysis, reporting and tracking to help guide the Human Resources (HR) function. Draws logical conclusions, vets ideas with colleagues, and recommends appropriate courses of action. Partners with senior HR leaders and Business Partners, contributing to projects that have executive level visibility. Presents project summaries and findings in documents, reports and dashboards for senior and executive leaders. Manages critical HR compliance-related processes, participates in business processes, and contributes to special projects as required.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work on shifting / night shift schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
What Part Will You Play?

1. Strategic Business Partnership - Partner with department heads and managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and document investigations into employee grievances and recommend fair and compliant outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices in handling employee issues.
  • Coach managers on employee performance, conduct, and engagement.

3. HR Data & Analytics

  • Leverage HR data and dashboards to provide actionable insights on trends in turnover, engagement, performance, and absenteeism.
  • Use data to influence strategic decisions related to talent, diversity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g., retention rates, engagement, exit trends) and support continuous improvement efforts.

4. Organizational Culture & Engagement

  • Partner with business leaders to drive a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and recognition.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans based on survey results.
  • Champion company values through all HR practices.
