Job Summary:

The HR Employee Experience Associate will play a dual role to ensure high Employee Experience is maintained and achieved. These roles will focus on supporting internal HR messaging and managing the employee exit management / offboarding process. This position ensures that HR initiatives are clearly communicated and that departing employees experience a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

HR Communications

  • Conceptualizes, drafts and distributes HR internal communications with the team - mainly focused with Employee Experience (e.g. HR reminders, event memos, etc.)
  • Maintains HR content up to date and relevant to all viewers and users (e.g. onboarding manual). Show us your creativity by being audacious and thinking outside the box
  • Supports HR Central team through virtual facilitation of new hire orientation.
  • Promotes employee engagement campaigns and feedback surveys for all warehouse talents through active physical participations across the organization's expansion.
  • Any other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Employee Exit

  • Evaluates completion and correctness of all offboarding requests before approval.
  • Deactivates and updates offboarding employee's data in HRIS (PPH & ESS)
  • Tracks and mobilizes completion of e-clearance approvals through religious communication.
  • Sends quitclaim forms, reviews ex-employees' compliance and endorses final pay releases with Finance on a weekly basis.
  • Reports separated employees to the HR Compensation team on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Ensures compliance with 30 days final pay processing as mandated by Philippine law.
  • Supports with Certificate of Employment requests / issuance to all transitioning employees.
  • Any other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration Specializing with Human Resources Management or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR; a generalist experience is an advantage
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ESS & PPH systems, Google Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, MS PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
