Employee Relation / Labor Relation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive work environment.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with unions.
  • Represent the organization in labor disputes, grievances, and arbitrations.
  • Conduct investigations, mediations, and fact-finding missions to resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Develop and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Communicate policy changes to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and labor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
