Employee Relations Officer
to join our growing team.

Job Description

  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to company policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of employee relations projects, policies, and procedures
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution sessions between employees and management together with Legal representatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, anti-discrimination laws, safe spaces, and health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify potential compliance risks
  • Provide advice and guidance on employment law matters
  • Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives
  • Conduct Probationary Performance Evaluations
  • Conduct Exit interviews for deep-dive analysis of employee experience
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as employee and management surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures
  • Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of employee relations, HR, or a related field
  • Ability to create reports to enable informed decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
