Employee Relations Officer
to join our growing team.
Job Description
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner
- Conduct employee relations investigations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of employee relations projects, policies, and procedures
- Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution sessions between employees and management together with Legal representatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, anti-discrimination laws, safe spaces, and health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular reviews to identify potential compliance risks
- Provide advice and guidance on employment law matters
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives
- Conduct Probationary Performance Evaluations
- Conduct Exit interviews for deep-dive analysis of employee experience
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as employee and management surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
- Adhere to company policy and procedures
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of employee relations, HR, or a related field
- Ability to create reports to enable informed decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
