Job Purpose:

Assist RMT to centralize all resources in our internal HR system (RMS) through various communication channels and daily operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with service providers and stake holders from different locations
  • Do daily/weekly/monthly check on productivity from RMS
  • Prepare policy, guideline for every new RMS 's function
  • Coordinate with Trainer and Specialist for briefing/training of RMS or any related matter
  • Response to inquiry from service provider on RMS
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to make sure smooth installation or launching of new system/project/ any related
  • Be a role of project coordinator to enhance RMS and provide accurate data or function in RMS
  • Be a bridge between service provider and stake holders
  • Make sure RMS data up to date
  • Perform assigned tasks as needed

Key Technical Skills and
Knowledge:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service related
  • Proven work experience at least 2 years in related field
  • Knowledge in Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Good in computers skill
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities;
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly;
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
