Job Summary:

We are looking for an efficient, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews).
  • Conduct new employee orientations and support onboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and policy interpretation.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in performance management processes and annual reviews.
  • Support in implementing and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
