Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures HR initiatives align with business objectives and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support employee relations efforts, including resolving workplace issues and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate performance review processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation and deductions.
  • Support health and safety initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, and training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems. Recruit+ is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Work Environment:
  • Onsite work
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm shift
