Your role will be to manage and administer our company's compensation framework and employee benefits programs. This role will support the development of a fair and competitive salary structures, ensure accurate and timely benefits administration, statutory submission, and play a key role in employee engagement and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Timekeeping:

  • Responsible for enrolling employees to attendance app and daily monitoring of itineraries
  • Bi-monthly checking of uploaded photos for attendance tracking
  • Assist in New Hire Orientation with focus on Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

  • Maintain and update compensation structures based on job evaluations and market surveys within the Philippine labor market
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and analysis using internal and external compensation data
  • Support in the design and implementation of performance-based rewards, salary adjustments, and annual merit increases.
  • Accurate preparation of payroll and implementation based on attendance, salary movements, withholding tax deductions, loan deductions, and necessary statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and other relevant government regulations on wages and benefits.
  • Efficient coordination with external vendors as applicable.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer statutory and company-initiated benefits such as:
  • SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
  • 13th month pay, service incentive leave (SIL), and last pay/separation benefits
  • HMO, life insurance, and wellness programs
  • Working experience in facilitating payments via e-Gov and online submissions of payment and requirements thru government portals
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, including government-mandated contributions and loan applications.
  • Facilitate enrollment, renewal, and orientation for government and private benefit providers
  • Assist in Withholding tax annualization with Finance team and ensure timely filing and processing of government reports and requirements.

Analytics and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits data
  • Prepare and submit regular reports (e.g., headcount cost, benefits utilization, government contributions).
  • Stay updated on Philippine labor regulations, wage orders, and tax laws relevant to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources or Finance related courses.
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits, relevant certification or training is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and pivot
  • Actual experience in both manual and system-based payroll is a MUST
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong familiarity with BIR tax tables and statutory deductions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
