These findings will serve as the foundation for integrating SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) applications to optimize digital positioning and long-term growth.

Job Overview

Flota Mil is seeking an SEO, SEM & WordPress Specialist to drive advanced technical optimization techniques within the Philippine market. Core tasks include technical site audits, on-page optimization, site speed and Core Web Vitals improvements, schema markup, URL structure and canonicalization, backlink profiling with Ahrefs or SEMrush, and A/B testing. In parallel, the role requires conducting in-depth market research on wineries in Argentina and Chile to identify suppliers aligned with Philippine consumer demand. Native Spanish proficiency is essential to facilitate direct engagement with wineries and to ensure accurate communication during market research. These insights will inform both sourcing strategies and the alignment of SEO/SEM campaigns. This role requires advanced expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and WordPress technical development. The specialist will apply algorithm-driven optimization, custom-coded solutions, and multilingual SEO strategies to optimize algorithmic bidding efficiency to improve measurable performance indicators, organic visibility, and digital performance metrics across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and optimize SEM campaign parameters across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, utilizing algorithmic bidding models to optimize metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
2. Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMrush and Ahrefs, tailored to the Philippine market. Emphasize the Spanish origin of our wineries to strengthen brand positioning and authenticity. Develop localized keyword strategies with foresight for expansion into Latin America, particularly Argentina and Chile.
3. Implement on-page SEO in WordPress, including schema markup, metadata, and e-commerce plug-in integration.
4. Perform website audits and recommend improvements for crawlability, indexation, and performance.
5. Configure and troubleshoot WordPress CMS, ensuring security, plug-in compatibility, and theme customization.
6. Optimize front-end performance using HTML and CSS to enhance Core Web Vitals.
7. Monitor digital performance, analyze KPIs, and build reporting dashboards using GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
8. Handle multilingual content in Spanish and English with European partner wineries.
9. Adjust algorithmic parameters and bidding models within pre-approved budgets.
10. Ensure continuous optimization aligned with search engine updates and best practices.
11. Provide technical data inputs on Spanish wine demographics and digital consumer behavior to inform planning.
12. Support strategic planning for future expansion into Latin American markets (Argentina and Chile).
