  • Provide support in the entry, filing, and management of data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organize both paper and electronic files, records, and official documents for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Sort, label, and check 201/202 files to keep employee records updated and accurate.
  • Encode and sort PhilHealth MDR and PhilHealth ER2 for timely submission and compliance with government requirements.
  • Encode and sort clearance forms, exit forms, quit claims, and last pay computations to support employee offboarding.
  • Check and validate seasonal employee timecards to ensure correct attendance and payroll processing.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of HR reports and databases.
  • Support HR staff in the processing of benefits, government contributions, and other employee-related documents.
  • Perform routine clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, emailing, and document routing.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Payroll team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently a college student taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Must be willing to render internship hours onsite in Parañaque Office.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
