SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee the building administrative processes and procedures.
-Oversee the maintenance and repair of building
-Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
-Security and Safety: In-charge to keep the property/building safe and secure.
-Participates in the development and administration of maintenance, construction.
-Compliance and Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
-Ensure that all building-related documentation, such as permits, licenses, and compliance certificates, are up to date.
-Stay informed about changes in building regulations and update procedures as necessary.
-Building Management: To provide key support for all building works projects.
-Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects from the Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
