About the Role

Adverva Technologies is expanding, and we are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant who can support our people operations and daily administrative needs. This role helps ensure the smooth administration of the office, proper HR documentation, and overall employee support.

This is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys handling HR + admin tasks in a growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding (contracts, 201 files, IDs, forms)
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Prepare basic HR memos, notices, and certificates
  • Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG updates/loan processing
  • Assist payroll preparation with Accounting
  • Answer employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures

Administration

  • Front desk duties: receive visitors, answer calls/messages
  • Organize office files, documents, and inventory
  • Manage office supplies, PPE, SIM cards, and tools issuance
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service providers
  • Handle scanning, printing, filing, and basic paperwork
  • Assist executives with scheduling and admin tasks
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
  • Prepare and process admin-related forms, letters, and requests.
  • Assist the Project manager for Project related request
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
