About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant who will help manage daily office operations, assist management with administrative tasks, and keep our workplace running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Handle filing, printing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Manage office supplies, tools, and simple inventory
  • Receive visitors, deliveries, and incoming documents
  • Run errands (courier, notarization, supply purchases)
  • Assist with scheduling, reminders, and admin for management
  • Schedule meetings and take notes
  • Organize physical and digital files (Google Drive, shared folders)

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate
  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google docs, sheets, mail)
  • Good communication skills
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
