Admin and Accounting Team Lead & Branch Manager

Rebel Bakehouse is looking for an Accounting Assistant (Procurement) for the Baguio City Flagship Store with the following responsibilities:

1. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

  • Prepare and submit daily or scheduled stock requests based on consumption and forecasts.
  • Communicate and follow up with suppliers to confirm purchase orders, delivery dates, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure all supplier transactions follow company purchasing policies and documentation standards.
  • Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and their price lists.
  • Report supplier issues (e.g., delays, shortages, quality problems) to the Operations Manager.

2. Inventory Monitoring

  • Track inventory levels for all consumables, packaging, and operating supplies.
  • Conduct daily or weekly stock checks and reconcile with records.
  • Monitor usage trends to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Ensure accurate recording of stock-ins, stock-outs, and dispatches.
  • Coordinate with the accounting or admin team for inventory reports.

3. Dispatch & Stock Movement

  • Oversee the preparation, documentation, and accuracy of stock transfers between branches.
  • Schedule and coordinate dispatch times with drivers or logistics personnel.
  • Ensure all outgoing and incoming stocks are properly logged and verified.
  • Maintain accountability for stock discrepancies or damaged items during dispatch.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory logs.
  • Generate regular inventory and consumption reports for management review.
  • Recommend order quantities or schedule adjustments based on sales patterns and usage data.
