Admin and Accounting Team Lead & Branch Manager
Rebel Bakehouse is looking for an Accounting Assistant (Procurement) for the Baguio City Flagship Store with the following responsibilities:
1. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily or scheduled stock requests based on consumption and forecasts.
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers to confirm purchase orders, delivery dates, and discrepancies.
- Ensure all supplier transactions follow company purchasing policies and documentation standards.
- Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and their price lists.
- Report supplier issues (e.g., delays, shortages, quality problems) to the Operations Manager.
2. Inventory Monitoring
- Track inventory levels for all consumables, packaging, and operating supplies.
- Conduct daily or weekly stock checks and reconcile with records.
- Monitor usage trends to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock-ins, stock-outs, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with the accounting or admin team for inventory reports.
3. Dispatch & Stock Movement
- Oversee the preparation, documentation, and accuracy of stock transfers between branches.
- Schedule and coordinate dispatch times with drivers or logistics personnel.
- Ensure all outgoing and incoming stocks are properly logged and verified.
- Maintain accountability for stock discrepancies or damaged items during dispatch.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory logs.
- Generate regular inventory and consumption reports for management review.
- Recommend order quantities or schedule adjustments based on sales patterns and usage data.
