Job Description
As an Admin Support, you will manage reports, documentation, CRM updates, and client communication to ensure seamless workflow across property valuation processes. You will organize data, track job progress, and support daily operations while maintaining consistent accuracy and timely output.

Shift: Day Shift (Weekends Off; schedule adjusts with DST)

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience handling large volumes of data
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong multitasking abilities and able to manage multiple job requests
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in data entry and CRM management
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
Your Daily Tasks
- Send reports and invoices to clients via email
- Forward requestor queries to the appropriate individuals
- Document delays, updates, and inspection milestones in the CRM
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Review job requests and prepare necessary documents for upload as required by valuators
- Update CRM with job progress and notes
- Maintain organized and updated soft files with accurate job information
- Meet assigned KPIs consistently
- Support ad hoc tasks as required by the business
