AddaVolt Energy Corp. is a fast-growing EV charging startup transforming idle SME parking spaces into app-powered, pay-per-use charging hubs across Northern Luzon.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our founder in daily operations. This role involves managing schedules, communications, documents, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
This is NOT a clerical/secretarial position.
This is a high-trust role supporting a fast-moving startup founder.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate online and in-person meetings
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules and reminders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Communication & Documentation
- Draft, edit, and send emails and messages on behalf of the Founder
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up summaries
- Organize files and documents on Google Drive
- Assist in preparing slides, reports, and simple presentations
Administrative Assistance
- Conduct light research on companies, contacts, and suppliers
- Help with travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics
- Maintain basic tracking sheets (tasks, contacts, follow-ups)
- Support the Founder with occasional personal tasks related to schedule
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience as Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, email tools, spreadsheets)
- Professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Based in or willing to relocate to Baguio City (hybrid setup)
Preferred:
- Experience working with founders or executives
- Experience in a startup, tech company, or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend or after-hours support during peak periods (rare but possible)
