JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for showcasing available properties, guiding clients through the leasing process, and providing exceptional client service. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and understanding contracts to ensure that all agreements are clear and compliant.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any legal-related course.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Ability to draft and comprehend contracts.
- Experience in legal work is a plus.
