ü Performs administrative and office support activities, including but not limited to answering phone calls, maintaining files, equipment inventories and storage
ü Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; places and expedites orders of the supplies and verifies receipts of the supplies
ü Liaises with the other admin assistants for any correspondences for distribution or dissemination in each area of responsibility
ü Responsible for providing fuel tickets to field personnel and closely monitors and prepares reports for the daily fuel consumption
ü Monitors the vehicle/service car condition and odometer; reports to the HSE any irregularities pertaining to the vehicles/service car
ü Performance multifaceted general administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the project
